Refund policy

Device Warranty issues are reviewed case by case and are dealt with appropriately and we strive to maintain a positive customer relationship. If you have support questions please feel free to contact us for more information. Certain products such as Puffco, Firefly and PAX products must go through manufacturer and a copy of your receipt will be required.

We provide a Basic 30 Day Warranty on products such as vaporizers, devices and batteries, not on consumables, disposable items or glass.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchange on items that have been opened or used. This also also applies to consumables such as atomizers & coils, sale items and shipping fees.
